Any amendment to this Agreement must be in writing and agreed to by both parties. Company may publish updated terms for future rentals; the version accepted at the time of booking governs that rental.

If Customer defaults, fails to pay, or otherwise breaches this Agreement, Customer shall be responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for all reasonable attorney’s fees, collection costs, court costs, lien fees, and other expenses incurred by Company to enforce its rights under this Agreement.
16. Payment Method Authorization
Where Customer provides a credit or debit card, Customer authorizes Company to charge that card for all fees, charges, and other amounts due under this Agreement, as well as amounts due under past or future agreements between Customer and Company.
Customer further authorizes Company to perform one or more pre-authorizations on the card at the time an order is placed, or at any time thereafter, in an amount sufficient to cover anticipated fees and charges associated with the order. Customer agrees to promptly provide updated payment information if the card on file changes.
